Reposted this project again, because it's hardly to judge and find a expert coder in freelance market. The last chosen is failed to do and changing our layout. So no waste of time which is more precious for us than this project amount.
Bid only if you understand the design and you meet our requirement. You should communicate well and reply fast. We need to finish this project within 15 days of time. And you'll update me these 15 days. Here is the project brief but i'll provide you the detail in pmb. To get this job you need to show us a demo as per description in pmb. If do i'll choose you. We need a dynamic flash page gallery controlled through xml file. We need the transitional effects found here:

For this we'll provide you this component to the winner of this project.
Show us if have some sample of gallery then we'll discuss further by changing the same or will start with a new one as per our graphic UI..
The gallery must support swf. jpg, mp3, flv, and the media format.
