Hello,
I am looking for specialist in designing and optimizing email server performance. We are looking for people that have successfully setup, configured and implemented mass (opt-in) email servers that send & deliver successfully over 100,000 emails per hour.
We provide full service e-newsletters with special built in functionality that no other company has. We have recently signed a partnership with a large organization that will drastically increase our sending demands to more than 1 million emails per month and we are looking for someone that can give us confidence in the following areas:
1. We are able to send and deliver emails within a 30 minute window, given the capacity described above.
2. We have someone we can depend on to set us up and position us for rapid growth from the server and network side of things.
So, please respond with your specific experience in setting up email servers that send in the volumes that we are looking at.
I believe the solution required will require optimization of our email server, but it is also a function how we manage and handle bounces. I would be interested in hearing, at least on a top level perspective, how you would go about tackling this task to limit, black-listing, spam complaints, high soft bounce rates. This will be a key point of interest, in determining which vendor I select.
Here's what I am interested in doing initially in our relationship, which in turn, is how you should address your bid:
1. Review current server configuration and optimize our current setup.
2. Review and integrate our bounce management functionality, to optimize email delivery.
3. Provide your ongoing rates for monthly maintainance after initial setup is complete.
We are a company with a tremendous growth potential with our partners we have on board. We are looking for a partner that wants to be our long-term server and email optimization specialists and enjoy the benefits that spawn from this. I will say, that if you aspire to be an ISP, then a partnership with us will defnitely be worth your while, given our vision.
