need a flash texts scroller that can load external swfs based on time
I need a flash project 800*600 for a horizontal text scroller bar ( running right to left) like that which runs on News television, that runs in full screen. The scroll background should be black to allow for chroma and there should be an option to select scroller bar background color and image . Place a settings window where text to be scrolled could be pasted or the sms server url pasted and a button to switch between sms server and pasted text. The settings window should have an option to select the scroller bar background. The project for a simple scroll bar that that I hope to replace works with True African. is attached you could use the code.
The settings window should appear only at launch such that the scroll is not interrupted.
I would like you to Incorporate a way for the scroller to be able to load and unload external swf files based on clock time eg at 2:30pm the scroll can load a pop up of phone advert in lets say level two such that it doesn't unload itself.
On the setting window allow for a user to able to browse for the external swf file and input the time he/she want it to run
allow for at least 10 swf provisions
I am not good at flash and dont know what is possible. Please if you can work on the possibility of being able to change text color on the scroll and scroll small images along with the text
