We are looking to add a GPS Tracking service to our customers. We need a web based software tracking solution that we can run on our server and allow others to login and view their account with a log in and password. We attend to use Motorola I425 IDEN (Please read the specs on that phone before bidding) mobile phones as well as other gps tracking hardware. We would need the client software as well.

Opengts is an open source program and is mostly complete. It just needs to be customized per our needs.
If you already have your own tracking software solution we would be happy to consider that as well.
The GPS Tracking software must:
Have geo fencing
Provide rate of travel
show current location and "crumb trail"
Provide detailed reports of locations traveled for each unit
