Hi all , I am a webmaster and I want 2 websites built like www.livejasmine.com , ivideochat.com .This will be basically subscription based service accepting credit cards online . I have heard about flash media and some software that sounds like red5 .since I am not very technical type of guy , I need someone to suggest me the best technology and hosting . I have got budget of $7000 only , and that is maximum I am willing to spend so bid only if you can do this projects in my budget.
