| Description |
NECESSITIES
1.
A Php file with a Html form that sends datas written in form fields to one or more email addresses, and form submission datas must go in a "flat database" (txt OR php file) hosted on the server (we can NOT provide Mysql database).
2.
That Php file must provide a password protected user interface (but primarily it must show the form!) that permits the navigation inside the saved datas (that is through the several sent messages) and that permits to see them one by one; optionally - but preferable - the availability of an internal search engine with a simple (one field) search form.
3.
The words and phrases visible by browser must be easily translatable in foreign languages (because I need it for a multi-language web site).
4.
The file must be clearly commented (in English) to make easier some further eventually modifications.
5.
Secure the DB file so no one can steal it.
6.
Customization of "required form fileds".
7.
A "sent" message, shown after clicking on "send" button message sending.
