Product Information SW for kiosks
Software solution that will allow retail shop customers to get information on the specifications and characteristics of different products.
Search by the customer must be performed by:
a. product category (eg.: Mobile Phones, mp3 players, digital cameras etc.)
b. product sub-category (eg.: under “Mobile Phones” category, sub-categories will be: Entry-Level, multimedia devices, Smart-Phones etc.)
c. product name or model
d. price range
Results must include: product specifications, photos, video(s), pricing
Barcode option must be available , where available information will be presented as the product’s barcode gets scanned by the customer at the kiosk’s barcode scanner available (barcode scanner SDK will be provided)
“Compare” option must be available (by ticking the models they are interested in, customers can get a table of those devices and their characteristics in comparison)
Sw must be fully customizable, in terms of the structure of the information presented and also in terms of the graphic user interface layout.
Multi-language support is a must (English-Greek absolutely necessary)
All data will be updated remotely
SW will run on a Windows XP, touch-screen kiosk
Terms of agreement:
- delivery of demo and approval before payment
- warranty period, during which coder will have to fix possible bugs, make possible corrections etc., with no extra charge.
- delivery of source-code upon completion
Proven experience in similar projects will be highly appreciated
