Overview
We are an SEM firm focused on helping small to medium sized businesses with their Search Engine Marketing needs. Our web site can be found at www.localmax.com. We have a network of sales people who market our SEM management services to small business owners. We often get requests to update, build or optimize customer web sites. We need a development partner who can deliver a quality, white label development service to us and our clients at reasonable prices.
We will offer some standard web design, build and hosting services to clients as well as entertain bespoke/custom projects. For the standard packages (below), we need a fixed wholesale price for each (or at least a range).
Bid Contents
Your bid should include the following:
1. A description of your company and the services you offer (even if they are outside of the scope of those listed here)
2. A portfolio of work completed
3. Wholesale prices for the standard packages described in this document
4. An indication of your capacity (or not) to work US business hours and be available by phone and/or IM during those hours
5. An indication of whether we would have a dedicated point of contact for all projects or not
6. Number of employees and contractors your company has and your ability to take on multiple projects
7. Do you currently offer SEM services Y/N? If no, indicate if you think you would be able to refer SEM clients to us.
8. Do you currently offer SEO services Y/N?
9. Do you currently offer web site creative writing/copy services? Give specific examples.
10. Would you be able to white label all of the work (including any development URL’s) so that the client only saw the LocalMax name on all work?
11. Have you white labeled your service for anyone else?
12. What project management methodologies do you use?
13. What systems/tools do you use to manage projects?
14. How would we handle multiple projects management and the requirement gathering process?
