I would like a website to run a Yardsale through the web.
.............Basic information............
Sellers should be able to post information like Ebay BUT there is NO shipping/Handling.
Sellers can enter an email address and the "send Email" message will disoplay when the item is selected.
Sellers can upload up to 5 pictures and description of item, Phone number and hours to call/Not call.
Seller selects from list of Item categories/subcategories. enters key words
Seller pays a listing fee or can subscribe for a set $ per year, with without pictures. Subscription rate is higher depending on # items allowed per seller, length of description, # of items for sale at a time, etc.
Buyer can select from item lists or enter key words to filter items.
When Buyer selects an Item the payment is made through PayPal OR cash on delivery.
This would be for ANY local area.
Key Description would be Seller's Town/Zip Code.
Buyer would enter zip code or Town/State and Sellers Zip codes within 25 miles (or Larger if buyer entes a different number) or surrounding towns would be filter for item searches.
Background DB needs to be accessable through Access.
Price shown is base price and I expect to have an ongoing relationship with selected Supplier.
RE This Project
All payments to developer will be made through getacoder.
Samples of Prior work MUST be supplied by developer prior to an award.
Partial payment may be made but ONLY upon working system or working partial system as development progresses. In other words I must have the value of the payment in some form of a working code/system.
